Kate Frazier, SPHR, SHRM-SCP – Principal
Kate’s career in Organizational Development and Human Resources includes coaching business leaders and individuals and partnering with organizations to translate business goals to achieve high impact performance.
She leads Resolve Resources Management, LLC, focused on individual achievement, transformational coaching, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and team performance. Kate also serves as an adjunct professor for University College at DU in the Human Resources and Organizational Leadership Master’s programs.
She has her MS in Applied Communication from the University of Denver and BA in International Studies from the University of the Pacific. Kate is certified in The Six Types of Working Genius, Caliper Assessment, CCL Benchmarks 360, and Emergenetics.
